1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FlashPrint ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Service Description

FlashPrint is a mobile application that allows users to create, customize, and export flashcards in PDF format for printing and studying.

3. User Accounts and Subscriptions

3.1 Free Version

Limited to 10 flashcards per batch import
Basic customization features

3.2 Pro Version

Unlimited flashcard creation
Full customization features
Available as:
- Monthly subscription (auto-renewable)
- Annual subscription (auto-renewable)
- Lifetime purchase (one-time payment)

3.3 Subscription Terms

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
No refunds for partial subscription periods

4. User Content

4.1 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you create in the App
You must not create content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on others' rights

4.2 Data Ownership

All flashcard content you create remains your property
Content is stored locally on your device
We do not access, monitor, or control your flashcard content

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the App for any illegal purposes
Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
Share your subscription access with others
Create content that violates intellectual property rights
Use the App in a way that could damage or impair our services

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Rights

The App, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by SheepLab LLC
Our trademarks, logos, and brand elements may not be used without permission

6.2 Your Rights

You retain all rights to the content you create

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
Defects will be corrected
The App is free of viruses or harmful components

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHEEPLAB LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App for:

Violation of these Terms
Fraudulent or illegal activity
Any reason at our sole discretion

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
