How to Import CSV Data into FlashPrint (Copy & Paste)

Bring a CSV word list into FlashPrint: copy-and-paste import (not file picker), delimiter settings, and exporting a print-ready PDF.

FlashPrint supports bringing in CSV-style data when you want to register many words at once. Here is the flow from an existing CSV file to a PDF export.

Paste CSV contents—there is no direct “pick a file” import

FlashPrint does not use a “select a CSV file from disk” picker today. Instead, you copy the full contents of your CSV and paste them into the app. Open the file in a spreadsheet or text editor, select all, and copy—either works.

Import steps

  1. Open your CSV and copy everything (spreadsheet app or plain-text editor).
  2. In FlashPrint, open Word registration, then choose Bulk add words (register many words at once).
  3. Paste the copied data into the text field.
  4. Confirm the delimiter options below, then tap Import:
    • Between term and definitionTab
    • Between cardsNew line
  5. Open Export, check the preview, then choose Generate PDF & Share.

With this workflow you can turn large lists into a single PDF in one go.
